B and C Chemical Metering Pumps
Series B and C Chemical
Metering Pumps have been an industry standard
for over 20 years. The familiar yellow and black
pumps have a rugged, totally enclosed, chemically
resistant housing for protection in the harshest
environments. Encapsulated electronics and a rigid
housing and stroke bracket ensure years of precise,
repeatable performance. Several control options
are available for all applications and budgets |

Series
P Chemical Metering Pumps
The Series P Metering Pump
is designed for more ecomomical chemical injection.
The totally enclosed, chemically resistant housing
and encapsulated electronics provide the performance
and long life that you've come to expect from
an LMI Pump. The compact size and wide range of
outputs makes it ideal for OEM applications. Dual
manual control of stroke speed and length and
fixed speed versions are available for simple
manual or on/off control. |

Series
E7 Explosion Proof Electronic Metering Pumps
The Series E Metering Pump
is designed for use in hazardous environments.
It meets or exceeds all standards for Class I,
Division I, Groups C and D; Class II, Division
I, Groups E, F and G. The rugged, urethane coated,
cast housing and encapsulated electronics provide
excellent chemical resistance and long life. The
stroke speed may be controlled manually or externally
by a digital input or a milliamp input with the
use of an A to D converter. |

Series
H9 High Pressure Electronic Metering Pumps
The Series H9 Metering
Pump is designed for very low output injection
into high pressure systems. An electronic pump
with a 316 S.S. packed plunger liquid end provide
users with all the advantages of an electronic
pump in applications where previously only motor-driven
pumps could be used. Type “9” control
is standard with the stroke speed manually controlled
or externally controlled by a digital or milliamp
input. |

Series
J5 12VDC Electronic Metering Pumps
The Series J5 Metering
Pump is designed for remote applications where
AC electrical power is unavailable. The low power
consumption (1.6 amp average current draw or 19
watts at maximum speed) makes it ideal for agricultural
and solar powered installations. Manual control
of stroke speed and stroke length or external
control of stroke speed by a digital input for
flow proportional applications. |

DC5500 Cooling Tower Controller with Remote Programming
& Communications
The DC5500 has all of the
features of the popular DC4500 Controller(see
below); dual biocides & inhibitor pumps control,
0-20,000mS conductivity range, four feed modes,
etc. The DC5500 also has the additional features
of a second water meter input, three tank level
inputs, and most importantly- communications capabilities
to download historical data, view real time conditions,
and program the controller remotely.
|
|
|
| |
DC4500 Cooling Tower Controller
The DC4500 is a bleed and
feed cooling tower controller with dual biocide
timers. Standard features include; four feed modes
(Feed & Bleed, % of Time, % of Bleed, Flowmeter
Pulse), intermittent or continuous sampling, uS
or PPM display, flow totalizer, manual test modes,
temperature display, biocide cycle of 7, 14, or
28 days, biocide lockout, and conductivity or
time-based biocide prebleed. Programming is simple
and is accomplished with only three keys. The
backlit liquid crystal display and LEDs provide
a visual indication of operating conditions and
equipment status. |

DP5000 pH Controller
The DP5000 pH Controller
is designed for a variety of industrial pH applications
including water treatment, metal finishing, PCB
manufacturing and waste treatment. It provides
on/off or proportional (pulse) control of metering
pumps for addition of acid or base. Level and
flow inputs and alarm outputs are standard. An
advanced menu includes special features such as
the solenoid dump valve control for batch treatment
and a “Point 3” (inflection point)
adjustment for fine tuning the control profiles
of the metering pumps. 4-20mA output is optional. |
|
|
| |
DR5000 ORP Controller
The DR5000 ORP Controller
is very similar to the DP5000 described above,
however, it is designed to control LMI Metering
Pumps for the addition of oxidizing and reducing
agents. It shares the same features and options
as the DP5000 and is often used in water and wastewater
treatment, fruit processing and metal finishing. |
|
|
| |
FS5000 Flow Switch Controller
The FS5000 Flow Switch
Controller is designed for use in applications
that require flow/no-flow control of metering
pumps and other devices. It includes a flow switch
and three (3) 115V receptacles that are powered
with flow and one (1) 115V service receptacle.
Power indicator light, flow indicator light and
test switch are included. |

Chemical Metering Pumps |
| |
Series
G Motor-Driven Metering Pumps
The Series G Metering Pump
is designed for high output applications. The
drive incorporates a variable eccentic design
which ensures smooth output and reduces system
shock. The mechanically actuated diaphragm reduces
the possibility of hydraulic oil contamination
of process liquid which makes this an ideal pump
for water treatment applications. DC variable
speed drives are available for external control
and automation. |
