Pressure-Core
Stem Seal/Seal System
A unique seal system which
offers warranted leak-free performance with no
maintenance requirements. The elastomeric core
provides constant outward pressure against the
Teflon shell which flexes under pressure like
an O-ring. The Teflon shell offers the desired
chemical resistance without periodic gland tightening
as in conventional designs. |

Valves
PGI's Valves Systems feature
the patented Teflon® Pressure- Core Stem Seal.
All valves and manifolds are available with a
bonnet handle lock-out that prevents unauthorized
cycling in either the open or closed position,
or an anti-tamper bonnet that allows the bonnet
stem to be placed in any position before removing
the handle. OS & Y bonnets available. Standard
316 SS models conform to NACE (MR-01-75 latest
revision). |

Manifolds
PGI offers a wide range
of manifolds to fit any service, meet any requirement.
Our offering of 2,3 and 5 valve manifolds ranges
from a simple by-pass manifold to our sophisticated
purge adapter. All are available in a wide range
of material. All of our 316 stainless steel manifolds
meet NACE requirements as a standard. |

Power
All of PGI's Power Valves
and Manifolds conform to ANSI B31.1 and hydrostatic
testing is performed in accordance with MSS-SP-
61. A variety of end connections are available,
including tube fittings and socket weld ends.
Our packing is below the stem threads and bonnet
lock plates are standard on all models. |
