DynaPak

Simple is usually better, that's what the DynaPak series of pipeline mounted sampling systems provide. Designed for natural gas and light petroleum fluids you will find DynaPaks installed in custody transfer applications from city gates and transmission lines to offshore platforms. The DynaPak series of samplers are simple to understand, operate and maintain. The electronic controller is customer selectable to determine the mode of operation. And in 3 minutes and 3 seals, the DynaPak Pump - 2000 can be removed, rebuilt, and returned to service all without removing the probe.

Light Liquid Sampling Systems, LPR & PNR

The LPR-2 and PNR-2 sampling systems are designed to accurately and dependably sample light liquid hydrocarbons by combining thousands of individual samples into a composite sample of the flowing pipeline. The LPR and PNR systems vary only in the mounting configuration of the sample pump. For slipstream applications choose the LPR, for pipeline-mounted application we offer the PNR. Each is available with a wide variety of sample vessels, electronic control packages, molti-vessel designs, and an electro-hydraulic power supply. DuraSite Sample Cylinder 300

Designed to maintain the phase of the sampled fluid, the DuraSite Constant Pressure Sample Cylinder features a freefloating piston design to retain the sampled product and pro-charge pressure. The DuraSite is DOT approved and is patented, Features include: a magnetic volume indicator for visual inspection; solid 31555 head integrates the needle valve, rupture disk, gauge port and purge valve in one unit; available ANSI 900 & 1500 models are dimensionally identical to the standard DuraSite and SmartSite cylinders.

SmartSite Sample Cylinder 300/500

The SmartSite Constant Pressure Sample Cylinder eliminates guesswork by providing a 4-20 mA output in proportion to the volume accumulated in the sample cylinder. When connected with a telemetry or SCADA system you can remotely read the level of your SmartSite cylinder on an offshore platform or remote inland location without leaving the office, The SmartSite features; an adjustable on-board zero and span; visual level indicator; and is DOT approved.

 
Meter Lubrication

Cyclone

Turbine Meter bearing sets are expensive to replace. If they run low or out of lubricant the cost can add up to thousands of dollars in unaccounted for revenue_ It's a problem that has been around for a while and with reduced maintenance teams. It's become a costly issue.

The answer for maintaining the measurement accuracy in turbine meters is the Cyclone-Meter lubrication System 4400.

Capable of accepting pulses directly from a meter- index pulser- electronic corrector. or flow computer- the Cyclone can operate in Proportional-to-Flow or Time-Base injection modes. Further refinement ofthe Time-Based mode adds the capability of control from the YZ DPS-2 - Differential Pressure Switch allowing lubricant injection only when flow occurs in the pipeline.
